Mullen Taylor’s environmental law practice includes land use, water-related regulation and permitting, and sustainable development issues. With her experience representing both public and private sector clients, Mullen applies her understanding of entities on each side of a matter to increase the likelihood of a successful outcome. On the public side, Mullen represents local and municipal governments, with a particular emphasis on land use, zoning, water rights, stormwater management and municipal utilities.
